All fares are fixed and quoted in NOK, inclusive of the vehicle, chauffeur, and fuel.
Sixty minutes of waiting at the airport and fifteen minutes at the hotel, at no charge.
Infant, toddler, and booster seats are provided complimentary on request.
A NOK 500 cleaning fee is the only charge; the pet carrier or seat is complimentary. Please mention larger dogs when booking so the right vehicle is allocated.
A late booking is one made less than four hours before the requested pick-up. We can usually accommodate these at our standard rates; should additional operational resources be required, a supplement may apply.
Fares are doubled on public holidays.

How a Booking Is Confirmed
A request is not final until we confirm it. When a client sends a request, Mr Charles checks availability and replies in writing with the vehicle, price, and journey details. If everything is in order, that written reply is the confirmation.
Should a request need adjusting — for instance, when the party size does not quite match the vehicle — we will come back with a question or propose a more suitable vehicle and rate. Once the client confirms, we issue a confirmation document.
That confirmation document is the final booking, and our cancellation and change terms apply from the moment it is issued.
